TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PITCHPERFECT MUSIC artist (TERMS AND CONDITIONS) .

DJ : Artist Bookings

Performance & Billing:

1. The Artist agrees to play recorded materials for a time requested by the event coordinator.
If the Artist is requested and/or forced to extend the time limit of his performance,
an additional fee may be negotiated at Artist’s discretion.

2. The Artist/PitchPerfect Artist Management/PitchPerfect Music must approve any flyers, posters, mailers, photos,
or promotional materials before they are distributed. sending through email is ok.

3. The Artist must receive full payment at the end of the night.
The artist would request half of the payment at the start of the night; however, this can be negotiated by the artist.

Payment Terms:

4. Promoter shall pay the Artist / PitchPerfect Music the amount outlined as "Artist's Fee" in exchange for services.
Payments may be made via cash, money order, or cashier’s check.

5.The balance must be paid via cash, money order, or cashier’s check immediately upon Artist's arrival at the event.
Artist is under no obligation to perform until the fee is paid in full; however the artist / PitchPerfect Artist Management
can negotiate payment before the event starts.

6. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. to PitchPerfect Multimedia Group.

Deposits and Confirmation:

7. Artist's name / PitchPerfect Artist Management / PitchPerfect Music or logo's cannot be used in any advertisements,
or promotions of event until this signed agreement and the deposit have been received.

Cancellations:

8. A cancellation will not be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the event.
If the event is cancelled within this window of time, The Promoter is required to pay the Artist the balance due.

Artist will not be held responsible for the inability to perform for the following reasons:

9. Police, Fire Marshall, or other government official closing down location of event
10. Location/Promoter losing license.
11. Improperly equipped facility (no electricity, unstable DJ set-up, etc.)
12. Poor sound system set-up (inadequate or missing monitors, mixer, turntables, etc.)
13. Incorrect directions or lack of transportation to the event.
14. Delayed or cancelled flights.
15. If the Artist must cancel for any other reason than those mentioned above, then the Artist shall refund 100% of the deposit.

Travel & Accommodations: (applies only to out of town events)

16.Promoter shall provide and pay for Artist’s round-trip air transportation.

17.Promoter shall provide Artist with a pre-paid hotel with a guaranteed late checkout time, for the duration of the Artist's stay.
Promoter guarantees the accommodations to be a four-star hotel with 24-hour room service.

18.Confirmation of reservation and pre payment must be faxed or emailed<
to the Artist / PitchPerfect Artist Management no less than ten (10) days in advance of the event.

19.Promoter is responsible for all ground transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and event.

Hospitality:

Performance Accommodations:
(20) Purchaser will provide Artist with 15 complimentary guest list admissions
to the performance. Artist’s guest list will be honored all night. Purchaser will also provide Artist with one VIP table for guests
with two complimentary bottles of liquor: one bottle of Grey Goose vodka and one bottle of Veuve Clicquot,

soda mixers, water, energy drinks and 20 drink tickets.

Sound and Technical Accommodations.

(21) Purchaser will provide the following professional sound equipment

and services in good working condition for Artist’s use in the performance:

(a) Three (3) Pioneer CDJ 1000 CD players;

(b) One (1) Pioneer DJM 800 mixer;

(d) JBL massive monitor stacks or equivalent; and

(e) A sound check with a professional technician

who can make any adjustments deemed necessary

by Artist the night of the event and during the performance.

22. Artist may require entry for up to ten (15) guests free of admission.
     Names will be provided in advance of the event if required.
23. Promoter shall provide adequate security or (bouncer) at booth.
     and crowd control measures during the Artist's performance.
24. Promoter agrees to provide a secure and restricted area for the Artist and their personal possessions,
     before, during, and after their performance.
     Promoter accepts complete responsibility for any of Artists equipment
     that is borrowed or stolen while Artist is at Venue.

Reproduction of Performance:

25. Promoter acknowledges that the Artist is fully independent and completely in control
of the design and content of the Artist's performance. The performance may contain promotional or pre-release material
composed by the Artist that cannot be released in recorded format.

Promoter agrees not reproduce the Artist's performance by use of any equipment with out a written permission from the Artist.
Any recordings of the Artist's performance shall be discussed with the Artist prior to the start of the "Recording".
Any sale of the recorded performance after the event must be discussed with the Artist / PitchPerfect Artist Management,
PitchPerfect Music Before Initial sales take place.
“Bad faith” recording and distribution of Artists performance is grounds for Punitive Litigation.

Artist's fee and terms are negotiated and deemed confidential for this event.
Violation of confidentiality will result in termination of further business between the Promoter and the Artist.
Terms may not be changed unless both parties endorse any and all changes.
This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of California and shall not be construed to create or constitute a partnership between the two parties, and the Artist shall not be further liable for any obligations incurred by the Promoter in carrying out any of the provisions hereof.

In Witness Thereof, the Parties Enter Into This Contract As Per the Above Stated Terms.
